1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times after processing: 1-3 business days

Standard domestic UK shipping is sent free using 1st class service. Postal upgrades are available at checkout such as 24hr Tracked or guaranteed next day delivery.

During periods of high volume orders, orders may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are sent with free tracked shipping

North America: 6-12 business days

South America: 7-15 business days

Australia: 7-15 business days

A courier service for international orders is available at checkout with estimated delivery of 2-4 business days.


3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information may be subject to a redelivery fee.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

www.doggo-zone.com is not responsible for stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities and/or your post office.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

We allow you to request a return of item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned undamaged and with your order number inside. The buyer pays return shipping.

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching or offer a refund.

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

It is up to customers to know about any potential import costs for their specific state or country.
