My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Please check the status of your order on the tracking page using your tracking number. If it says delivered but you haven't received it, please check any safe spaces or with your neighbour before contacting us. For all order queries relating to non-delivery, you can fill out our contact us form with your details.
How can I check my order status?
You can check the progress of your order after it has shipped by using the tracking information provided in the email. For international orders, once your order has arrived in your destination country, you will also be able to track it using your country's postal service website e.g. USPS. If you need help with this, please contact us here.
Can I change something with my order?
Yes but be quick! we aim for fast dispatch, so please get in touch as soon as possible. Orders that have left cannot be changed or rerouted.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, primarily to UK, Europe, Asia and North America. For more details, please visit our shipping information page.
Are you drop shipping?
No. All orders are individually checked, packed and shipped from the UK.
Can you do bespoke orders?
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate bespoke orders, but it's worth subscribing to our emails to be notified of new designs when they go on sale.
If I subscribe to your newsletter, will you spam me?
No! we hate spam as much as you do. Newsletters will only be sent out when new offers/discount codes are available or when new products are listed. We estimate this will be around 4-8 emails per year. Your email will not be shared with third parties!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is usually dispatched within 24 hours. During high volume periods this may be up to 48 hours. A breakdown of estimated delivery times by region can be found here
